GM Technician's Guild
The Technician's Guild Award is presented to General Motors Technicians who achieve a high level of certification based on pride in workmanship, professionalism and exam scores of 80% or higher. At Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac, we are proud to have over two thirds of our Technicians consistently receive the highest level of recognition – Grand Master - from General Motors. The testing for this level of achievement includes on-line training, on-line testing and hands-on timed examinations with GM Adjudicators
GM Sales Marketing Guild
The Sales Marketing Guild (SMG) award recognizes the achievements of those Sales professionals who have sold General Motors Vehicles, while achieving and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge. The awards are given at three levels, dependent upon the vehicle sales level: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Currently, half of the Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac Sales team has achieved their 2009 SMG award.
