If you wish to make an appointment for your vehicle, our Appointment Coordinators are available during our business hours or through email. Just click on the icons above. They will be pleased to assist you with a concern that requires diagnosis by a Technician, notice of a recall or scheduling an appointment for regular maintenance services.

Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac is also diligent about ensuring that you are maintaining your vehicle in order to ensure its optimum performance. You will receive reminder calls at appropriate times as outlined in the manufacturers Maintenance Schedule that came with your vehicle.

The appointment time scheduled will be with our highly experienced Service Consultants. While there are peak periods when our service center is very busy, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Express Check-in

If you wish to drop off your vehicle outside business hours, print out the form, complete it, attach your keys and drop through the key drop slot in the Reception door. Your vehicle is best parked in a regular parking location in front of the Service area.

If you just do not have the time to wait in line, print out the form, complete it, attach your keys and hand off to one of our Service Consultants,

For your convenience, envelopes are also available for either situation outside the key drop.

Drive Through Reception

Our drive through Service Reception enables you to pull up right beside a Service Consultant so that you both may review your vehicle physically and check with its service history. And the best part is that you are out of the elements!

Recall Check

Each time your vehicle is in for service, your vehicle identification number will be checked for open campaigns or recalls.

Shuttle Service

Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac has a shuttle service to ensure that customers get where they need to be: work, home, etc.

General boundaries are: Harwood Road to the west, Columbus Road to the north, and Harmony Road to the east.

We, of course, will do our best to accommodate all of our customers although some delays may be encountered during peak periods.

Skilled Technicians

Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac is proud to have on staff a talented and skilled group of technicians. These individuals frequently participate in General Motors training programs to ensure that the standards and knowledge of technological advancements in your vehicle are completely understood and mastered. All of these technicians participate in the General Motors Technician Guild competition programs. Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac is proud to have 11 technicians who have attained this highest award.

New Owner Clinic

Customers who buy or lease a new or previously-owned vehicle are invited to attend our New Owner Clinic. This is an opportunity to obtain additional information on:
• Warranty
• Roadside Assistance
• Service process
• Demonstrations which may include: fluid, filter, brake indicators of replacement, under-hood explanation, and setting off of an air bag.
